Young Eagles is designed to give children between the ages of 8 and 17 an introductory flight by members to inspire them to pursue aviation as an adult.  With their parent’s or guardian’s permission the child is given a flight in a member’s plane and they receive a certificate commemorating their flight.  Events are held throughout the year and are announced in the media, through schools and other youth organizations.  The events will also be posted on our web calendar.  If you have questions contact our Young Eagles chairman at: youngeagles@eaa39.org

Golden Eagles is designed to encourage adults to learn how to fly by giving orientation rides to adults that have the means to pursue a pilot’s license. Chapter members invite people to attend a Golden Eagles event on a one-on-one basis.  Events will also be posted periodically on our web calendar.
